I have devoted myself to self-improvement, empowerment and enlightenment in both career and personal life. My studies (formal and self-directed) have included positive psychology, philosophy, metaphysics, alternative healing and spa modalities (i.e. natural skin care, massage therapy, color therapy, aromatherapy, balneotherapy, pelotherapy), feng shui and personal empowerment.
These thousands of hours of focused study also include personal and spiritual development, quantum physics and personal empowerment. They all combine to support current educational endeavors as Founder and Creative Integrationist here at Take Wing, and as psychic advisor at Take Wing Tarot, the spiritual "wing" of the company. There we address the deep need and heartfelt desire for direct and affordable access to the ancient healing wisdom of Tarot and other intuitive arts.

Born and raised in southern California, I am a self-proclaimed seeker of knowledge and truth. However, my first love has always been to entertain. Under constant tutelage since the age of 12 in all manner of communication and theatre, this unique education prepared me not only as an accomplished stage actress, but through all roles in life. Drawing upon these years of performing and competitive speaking enables me to present any subject in a lively, entertaining manner.
Various career incarnations include image specialist (yes, I can do your colors and make up), retail sales, marketing assistant, and office manager. However, it wasn’t until I began my career in the spa industry that my love for deeper knowing became more fully realized.
My desire has always been to communicate with those around me in a meaningful way. Founded in 1998, Women of Substance came into being as a network of support for women of all walks of life and lifestyles. My wish was to create a forum to affirm and respect our individuality and celebrate our inherent feminine nature. It became a means to reach out to my many female friends to support and uplift each through monthly newsletters and group meeting forums. .

I've had the privilege of working as an International Educator, Director of Training and Education, and Regional Sales Director and have experienced some of the most prestigious spas all over the world. As a special guest of international radio host Jesse Dylan’s The Good Life Network on Sirius Radio and most recently as Co-Host of Carol Blonder’s Networking Arizona on KFNX 1100, I had the privilege to speak to thousands of listeners about an empowered life and lifestyle.
Through my seminars and classes, I help hundreds of industry professionals grow in their careers and understanding. Inherently able to distill the most complex issues or ideas down to their very essence, I strive to see the connected-ness of all things, giving me a unique take on life. “She presents [it] in such a simple, easy-to-understand language, and you can tell she has fun doing it. It all comes together under the umbrella of Creative Integration - integrating all of the elements in my life, the light and dark, through the magic of alchemy. I co-create with the energy of Source to manifest the life of my dreams, and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is possible.
