Hi!I am thrilled that we met, and I am happy to share my experience regarding Moringa.
As a health and wellness expert, I have 20 years in the spa industry involved in R&D as a product specialist, as an International Educator, and Director of Sales and Education. These years of experience provided me a veritable tool box of modalities to help me “walk my talk.” As such, my husband Michael and I rely on a combination of healthy nutrition, regular exercise, a balanced positive outlook for mind and spirit, and taking care of our face and body in everyday life.
However, I had no idea how challenging my first winter (one of the coldest on record) or the 9,000 ft. elevation would be!Add to that menopause symptoms, lack of sleep, altitude sensitivity, and a low immune response all lead to repeated sicknesses. After moving to Telluride I had developed tennis elbow pain and inflammation, and all of this was taking its toll on me.A sense of depression began to invade everyday life.Stress and Menopause helped to create this snapshot of my life: insomnia, foggy brain, unable to focus, emotional and crabby, emotionally needy, chronic low energy and it was hard to catch my breath.
Sounds fun, huh? Then a friend of Michael’s, Bill Glasscock, a fellow ski instructor, shared some information about a botanical, the Moringa tree, that had changed his life. He suffered aches and pains from a ski injury and had started taking it a few years ago.Once he got with the program, he realized significant results. He knew Michael was hurting from a knee problem that developed during ski season, and he knew about my tennis elbow.Bill thought this information might help us both.
Being analytical types, Michael and I sifted through the depth of information, scientific studies, and peer reviews, doing our due diligence; we decided to give it a try.
During the course of the first month of taking Moringa, I began to notice a definite and steady increase in my energy levels. After about four weeks of using the Moringa daily, I noticed I could think better. It seemed like it happened overnight, but my focus and memory were markedly improved.Did I mention that my memory and focus was also improved? ;)
And my body just felt better, healthier, which is quite a testament because Michael and I eat very healthy to begin with. It just goes to show you that the level of real nutrients even in organic food is not what it used to be.Plus, I was taking multiple nutritional supplements of all types along with my organic food. And a significant amount of Ibuprofen for my tennis elbow.
After having this real life experience, feeling my overall health improve in such a relatively short time, I wanted to share this information with everyone I know.
I know I'll never go without it.I simply feel better and know I am getting the nutrients that my body needs.
